Charges of second-degree home invasion and conspiracy to commit that crime were formally brought against two Hillsdale County residents earlier this week.
The Hillsdale Daily News says 39-year-old Bobby Watson of Jonesville and 36-year-old Traci Richards of Waldron were arraigned on those charges in Hillsdale County District Court on Monday.
Watson was also charged with meth possession. While Richards was not included in that charge, both suspects have extensive meth-related criminal records.
Watson is in jail on $95,000 bond. Bond for Richards has been set at $75,000. Both bonds include a 10% allowance.
Probable cause hearings have been scheduled for March 18th, and the duo have been assigned public defenders.
If convicted, they face up to 15 years in prison.
