22-year-old Shawn Ring is accused of messaging a 13-year-old girl on Facebook with sexual content, including partially naked pictures. While it appears that the girl was consenting, anti-violence advocates say children that age are not mature enough to understand the sexual language or behavior that they’re mimicking, and they may feel trapped into the situation.
