The two-time challenger to Tim Walberg has lost in both 2016 and 2018, but her margin of defeat decreased each time. She’s hoping that her time as a state representative — and as mayor of Saline before that — will help her name recognition, and that the 2020 presidential election turnout will help put her over the top. In the primary, she’s facing Samuel Branscum of Deerfield, Christopher Smith of Saline, and Ryan Hall of Tecumseh.
